Shoshana, you're going to dose yourself with AOD based on lab rat tests? You are not ready for peptides yet. You will kill yourself. Do some basic research. Human dose is 300 - 500mcg/day SubQ. Meaning a 5mg vial will give you 10 - 16 days.

Great product, only thing is one has to do a bit of research for the dosage. 100-300mcg per day FIRST thing in the morning and you will see and feel results. Before I was taking it at night and now realize I was wasting my money. Diet and exercise also helpful.
