Free shipping is available on orders over $300. We will use Canada Post or UPS depending on the destination. When choosing the free or economy shipping option, Peptide Warehouse will select the shipping carrier.

All orders are shipped from our Mississauga warehouse. Shipping times are proportional to the distance from our warehouse. Orders to Ontario and Quebec typically arrive in 1 to 2 day, Westerns and Atlantic Canada 4 to 5 days. Up to 10 days may be require for remote locations.

Dispatch of Orders

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We cannot ship orders on weekend or holidays since the shipping carriers can only process new shipments Monday to Friday  (excluding holidays).

Orders placed and paid before 2:00 p.m. Eastern time are shipped the same day. After 2:00 p.m. the orders will ship the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Delays

Shipping "days" are defined as a 24 hour period and exclude the day of shipping . For instance an order shipped Monday afternoon and arrives 48 hours later on Wednesday afternoon is considered 2 days. Shipping times are are estimates based on most destinations. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

Peptide Warehouse will ship your order using the chosen shipping carrier and method in accordance with Dispatch of Orders above. If the shipping carrier encounters a delay, Peptide Warehouse will assist to expedite the delivery,; however Peptide Warehouse is not responsible for delays incurred  by the shipping carrier

​Address Errors

We rely on the customer providing an accurate delivery address. If the customer makes and error in their address and the package is returned to us, we will reship the package after the customer has submitted payment for the fees associated with the carrier returning the package to us and the subsequent reshipping. 

​

Lost packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit (not showing scanned at the delivery address), the package will be reshipped at no expense to the customer once the carrier has deemed the package lost. If the package was scanned at the destination address, reshipping the package is possible only after the carrier has completed their investigation and determined the package was lost or improperly delivered. If the investigation  reveals the package was delivered to the customer's address no reshipment will be made.
